I use a lot of grids in my fine art work. I find something satisfying about the repetition and uniformity of a grid, while also rendering it in a looser style. This pattern originated as part of a installation I painted on a gallery wall. I designed the clothing, worked with a fabricator, and did a shoot of the finished pieces in Manhattan.
